“I love this hotel but let me tell you about a situation that I felt could have been handled better . When washing clothes I put my clothes in the dryer And the machine took 3 of my quarters but no more and wouldn't give them back. When I told Staff at the front desk She stated her manager wasn't there and they had no more quarters. I told her I was only short 50 cent . I end up having to drive all the way to the gas station to get 2 quarters. Never got my three back but I still love the hotel.”

“A thousand thank you s to McKenzie from Residence Inn at West chase (our original reservation), she called to let us know the hot tub was out and got us set up here. Now that’s absolutely superior customer service!! Jameel welcomed us at the front desk with her incredible energy and got us set up quickly in a great room. This hotel has a great pool and hot tub and the free breakfast choice were great. The room was alway clean and had plenty of room to work in (when not in hot tub) High energy, great service earns a 5***** badge!
