No word in English dictionary is enough to express how much poor the stay is . We have booked triple sharing room. Checking in we found that the lock of the washroom is faulty . We asked to fix it but in vain. Morning at 6:00 a.m. one of our 3 , went to the washroom and as the lock was faulty, he had to remain inside the washroom for almost half an hour before he was taken out by the hotel representative. All the rooms are very small compared to the other same budget hotels . The housekeeping department also sucks . If you ask for an extra pillow also, you are not going to get until you escalate the issue to the manager. Even staying in a low budget hotel better than staying over here. If you aren't compel to stay here in this hotel, please don't come because you are gonna face severe consequences during your stay. Ao fazer o check-in, descobrimos que a fechadura do banheiro está com defeito. Pedimos para corrigi-lo, mas em vão. Pela manhã, às 6h00, um dos nossos 3 foi ao banheiro e, como a fechadura estava com defeito, ele teve que permanecer dentro do banheiro por quase meia hora antes de ser retirado pelo representante do hotel. Todos os quartos são muito pequenos em comparação com os outros hotéis econômicos. O departamento de limpeza também é péssimo. Se você pedir um travesseiro extra também, você não vai conseguir até que você encaminhe o problema para o gerente. Mesmo ficar em um hotel de baixo orçamento é melhor do que ficar aqui. Se você não é obrigado a ficar aqui neste hotel, por favor, não venha porque você enfrentará graves consequências durante a sua estadia.

The hotel is close to all the hubs in Gurgaon. The rooms were spacious and clean. The very understanding staff at the front desk gave a late checkout as I was caught up with my meeting. Overall a pleasant stay. Never got to try their restaurant though. O hotel fica perto de todos os centros em Gurgaon. Os quartos eram espaçosos e limpos. A equipe muito compreensiva da recepção fez um check-out tardio, pois fui apanhado com minha reunião. No geral, uma estadia agradável. Nunca consegui experimentar o restaurante deles.

The pub was comfortable! My spouse and I hung out there for a few hours, tried the Mango Beer (which was awesome), and felt it was a good place for conversation/chatting during a rainy afternoon. The glass walls of the pub revealed a beautiful surrounding and a calm green space. Service was not fast but not slow. Not too loud for old people like us 🤣. O pub era confortável! Minha esposa e eu ficamos lá por algumas horas, experimentamos a Mango Beer (que foi incrível) e achamos que era um bom lugar para conversar / conversar durante uma tarde chuvosa. As paredes de vidro do pub revelavam uma bela envolvente e um calmo espaço verde. O serviço não foi rápido, mas não lento. Não muito alto para velhos como nós 🤣.

Las paredes de vidrio del pub revelaron un hermoso entorno y un tranquilo espacio verde. El servicio no fue rápido pero tampoco lento. No demasiado ruidoso para personas mayores como nosotros 🤣.

One of the things that stands out at Radisson is their hospitality. The staff is extremely warm and prompt. Hygienic and comfortable, the hotel surely makes it a point to make the stay truly 5-star. We would definitely stay here again. Uma das coisas que se destaca no Radisson é a hospitalidade. A equipe é extremamente calorosa e rápida. Higiênico e confortável, o hotel certamente faz questão de tornar a estadia verdadeiramente 5 estrelas. Nós com certeza ficaríamos aqui novamente.

The road to the destination is one of the many parameters, the destination is judged upon, and I would say the road to the Radisson needs improvement, and I am talking about the road right in front of the Radisson. As it was a business trip we were around the Ballroom mostly and looking at it, all I could think of was, it desperately needs renovation. The staff is polite and eager to help out. Overall a great experience. A estrada para o destino é um dos muitos parâmetros, o destino é julgado, e eu diria que a estrada para o Radisson precisa de melhorias, e estou falando da estrada bem em frente ao Radisson. Como era uma viagem de negócios, estávamos principalmente ao redor do salão de baile e olhando para ele, tudo o que eu conseguia pensar era que ele precisa desesperadamente de uma reforma. A equipe é educada e disposta a ajudar. No geral, uma ótima experiência.

Stayed here for a wedding and great place to stay. The rooms were not superbly great but they did have a decent view. The staff were very polite and great service. They have good valet service here and getting your car seems to be quick and easy. Breakfast spread is nice, they have south and north india options with great continental option too. Food was good. Overall it's a nice place to stay . hospedado aqui para um casamento e ótimo lugar para ficar. Os quartos não eram soberbamente grandes, mas eles tinham uma vista decente. Os funcionários foram muito educados e ótimo atendimento. Eles têm um bom serviço de manobrista aqui e obter o seu carro parece ser rápido e fácil. Café-da-manhã é o de Nice, eles têm sul e norte da Índia opções com grande opção continental também. A comida era boa. No geral é um bom lugar para ficar.

El personal era muy educado y un gran servicio. Tienen un buen servicio de aparcacoches aquí y obtener su automóvil parece ser rápido y fácil. El desayuno es bueno, tienen opciones del sur y del norte de la India con una excelente opción continental también. La comida era buena. En general, es un buen lugar para quedarse.
