“No word in English dictionary is enough to express how much poor the stay is . We have booked triple sharing room. Checking in we found that the lock of the washroom is faulty . We asked to fix it but in vain. Morning at 6:00 a.m. one of our 3 , went to the washroom and as the lock was faulty, he had to remain inside the washroom for almost half an hour before he was taken out by the hotel representative. All the rooms are very small compared to the other same budget hotels . The housekeeping department also sucks . If you ask for an extra pillow also, you are not going to get until you escalate the issue to the manager. Even staying in a low budget hotel better than staying over here. If you aren't compel to stay here in this hotel, please don't come because you are gonna face severe consequences during your stay.
