This is a really nice and reasonable hotel in the area. This location maintains the standards expected from a Marriott brand of hotel. Room is big and spacious with a nice bed and wonderful shower. Air is thermostat controlled so keeping the room comfortable is easy. Staff is very friendly, helpful and courteous, both in breakfast area and at front desk. Breakfast was nice. Egg and ham croissants, quiche, hard boiled eggs, toast and pastries, and cereal options. Oh yea coffee is very good too. Compared to the last hotel I stayed at and reviewed my faith in Marriott is now restored.

This is a new hotel. Some reviewers have said the location or neighborhood is bad. I don't know what they are talking about. This location is in a shopping district with some residential. Just a normal place with normal people living their lives. Easy access to food and coffee shops. Convenient to both I5 and the 41. Also close to Forestiere Underground Gardens. Nice breakfast. Helpful, friendly staff. Would definitely stay here again.

Pretty good hotel for business travels. Breakfast was a bit simple but they all are these days.

I live in Lodi and work in Fresno. There are times that I have to put in a very long day and the two hour drive back can be brutal. Enter Fairfield Inn, this is my go to hotel when I have to stay the night in Fresno. The night clerk is awesome, although her name slips my mind at the moment. The rooms are clean, the bed is comfortable and the shower head has a massage option that does wonders on my sore back! They provide a Continental breakfast in the morning as well and there is a Denny's in the same parking lot. I recommend this place if you are staying in the Fresno area.

booked the room mainly to use the swimming pool in the 110 degree weather. nice simple hotel, nothing fancy. rooms are basic with nice furniture, deep closet with hidden door, comfortable bathroom. lobby is wonderful with 2 tvs, plenty of seating and tables for eatery, great lighting for reading. on-site security guard in parking lot. shared parking lot with dennys. location is surrounded by restaurants, coffee spots, grocery store and drug store. fitness room was set up nicely; all free weight dumbbell, no weight machines just cardio machines. hot tub with pool; its patio has umbrella tables for eating. tv comes with streaming apps. only negative was seeing my bill which showed i was charged for free wifi. i did not, and have never, push the button that charges $4.99 wifi at any hotel stay. . overall, a comfortable stay at a brand new hotel.
