“Beautiful hotel, just had a few things I didn’t like, first check in and check out time is way too short. They locked us out our room in the morning, when I went to go get my nails done at their spa, it was exactly 10:07 when I got back, had to go to guest services to get another key which was good for 15 mins. This is too strict for a high end resort. Besides that, food could us a lot of work. I would stay for the pool and ambiance and the great rooms, just be prepared for the high prices on goods and food as well as the 4pm check in and 10am check out.”

“Nice resort that I have stayed at many times. Pool furniture however is falling apart and desperately needs to be replaced. The food choices at the main pool has got very limited and the quality has went way down following covid. We normal always eat lunch around the pool but not this time. Nice resort just needs some improvements.”
