“We stayed here for two nights. We asked for top floor and got it but right outside the elevator so it was a little loud at times. These rooms are minimalist and have no carpet which we like as that means less germs. For the most part our stay was quiet except for a few rude guests yammering on outside our door. We had breakfast each morning and it was good both days. The employees we encountered were really nice. This is literally across the street from the Mall of America so an easy walk, even in the winter! We only saw one child which was nice. This hotel does not have a pool like the one surrounding it so it's a good choice if you don't like the sound of screaming kids. There is a pretty lobby. The shower had two different shower heads regular and rainfall. The bathroom has a glass door that slides which some people might not like but it did not bother us. The bed was very comfortable. We faced the airport so was fun watching planes take off that came directly towards the hotel. We would definitely stay here again. Only drawback was Housekeeping did nothing during our stay. Would have been nice to have new towels and the floors mopped as they got quite dirty from walking outside in the dirty snow.”

“Could not believe how nice it was when we got there based on the price. Best westerns and country in a suites were similar if not more expensive, In the surrounding area. I believe his name is Nick but whoever was working the front desk 10/22 at around 8 deserves a raise!! Super helpful super nice and went above and behind making sure me and my family were taken care off after a long day and checking in late. Room was clean with a super nice ice/water machine on are floor (with nugget ice!). My wife and I plan on spending a kid free weekend there in a couple weeks for a date night because it is literally two blocks away from MOA and has a very nice restaurant attached that we were not able to get to this trip. Looking forward to seeing you soon!”
