Suposto hotel "6 estrelas", não na minha concepção, internet paga por dia e velocidade de 6Mb, tive que solicitar reparo para: chuveiro, frigobar, controle remoto TV e tomada quebrada. Cobram para receber correspondência / encomenda. E espera-se muito pelos elevadores.

Just checked out the hotel and let me tell you everything from start to finish was amazing and all thanks to the Miguel the concierge. Customer satisfaction is definitely a priority here and it shows! Asked for water in our room, took no more than 5 minutes to arrive. They had our room decorated beautifully for our anniversary stay. And accommodated everything we needed! Miguel is your guy, to have the real miami experience. 10 out of 5 star experience!

BE WARY OF VALET. Be sure to not leave any valuable items, or those with any personal information in your vehicle as they will likely be stolen. Against my better judgement I did not follow my own advice. Additionally I was told by the management team that it was not their problem and that they would not help me resolve the situation.

Friendly welcoming staff, clean and stylish rooms. We had an amazing partial water view, the pool and fitness area was amazing. Excellent location to walk anywhere downtown with access to most amenities. We slept soundly, no noise. We shall definitely be back.

Make sure to use Hᴏᴛᴇʟʙᴏʟʟʏ.ᴄᴏᴍ when booking any resort. This site will compare countless booking websites and normally will have prices a lot cheaper than others! Thank me later on! This resort is one of the highest rated in the area. I've been coming here for years. If you stay for a few nights you definitely won't be let down. Amazing experience. Me and my family had an amazing time. The room was so nice clean and cozy. Had an awesome view from our room. One of the best hotels I have stayed in for business. My room featured a full wraparound desk with a great view of the water. Staff were very professional, and communication was great when I had a last minute schedule change. Rooms and bathrooms were clean and had all the essentials. Cannot recommend enough.

This is a great hotel with many amenities. However, my room was a moderately beat up, stains on the floor and furniture was beat up beyond normal wear and tear. The bathroom was extravagant and I loved it, but the TV inside the mirror in the bathroom is an overkill. The employees at the front desk are weird but the real people who work behind the scenes like the room cleaners and staff they bring you what you need in your room are amazing! It's definitely luxurious but 4 stars is almost what it deserves.

I booked a 1 king bed room a month in advance. But they have to give me 2 double. I said my wife and i want one king bed. I can feel the attitude from the front desk. The staff in front desk need to be trained. I'm very unhappy about my stay.I'm not coming back for sure.

Nice hotel, with friendly staff. Well located in the middle of Brickell and you can get anywhere within walking distance.The rooms are nice and spacious. The bathroom is tidy and well arranged.The room would benefit from an update of the carpet and the curtains didn't close well. Overall, really enjoyed my stay

WOW WOW WOW. AMAZING stay with the best staff I have ever encountered :). It was my first time in MIAMI but it won't be my last that for sure. The room was clean with a beautiful view. The pool and the lounge were great. I had a blast.PS: Spécial thanks to the night front desk team. They are so kind and gentle.

Nice hotel in downtown in Miami. Very close to airport (15 minutes drive). Rooms are very large and well kept. Bathrooms are big. Room is well kept and clean. There is Illy Coffee machine in the rooms.
