“This hotel is wonderful!! The entire staff was so friendly and kind. Loretta was the best. She definitely went above and beyond. My son and I got there at 2am after looking for a new hotel for an hour. The place we were originally at was a nightmare 😤 Thank you for making everything so much better 🥰

“A/c didn’t work, called front desk for an hour before going to app. They stated via app that air conditioner had been reset, this was 9pm. Rest of night really didn’t cool down. Verbalized being unhappy with this, and they did comp our room and get HVAC on site.
We got an upgrade to our room at check in. We booked a king room, but was upgraded to two queen beds. This was odd, and not what we normally experience at Marriott. A bed change should be discussed at the front desk.
Manager was very accommodating when he was updated on situation.”
