I thought it was a great hotel up until this week. I left my earphones at this hotel during a stay and consequently called them to see if they had found. They had; so I requested that they be shipped to me. They informed me that I would have to pay for shipping, which I was happy for. Since then, I was told, I will be getting an email with "how to pay for the shipping?". I never received it. I called back a few times and now the housekeeping/loss prevention staff refuses to answer the phone or call back to my voicemail that I left. I mean if you want to keep the earphones, just say that you haven't found them. Lost credibility in my view. Never again! Definitely an integrity issue and lack of ownership. Eu pensei que era um ótimo hotel até esta semana. Deixei meus fones de ouvido neste hotel durante uma estadia e conseqüentemente liguei para eles para ver se eles haviam encontrado. Eles tinham; então eu pedi que eles fossem enviados para mim. Eles me informaram que eu teria que pagar pelo frete, o que me deixou feliz. The location of thus hotel is great for the airport. The rooms are OK but nothing startling. The hotel does have 2 restaurants which are fine, if a little expensive for what they are. The practice of putting a charge against your credit card when you arrive is a bit cheeky though. That and the fact that the hotel has to have huge doorstaff seems to suggest that the hotel has problems with quite a few of its clientele. Saying that, I saw no trouble.

I would give it Zero stars, however, the room was not that bad. Everything else... AWFUL. Staff requires training. The private taxi we booked through the front desk, was never ordered. POST holiday, I received a parking fine, which, annoyingly I had to pay, I requested 5 days of parking from the front desk and an error from a staff member resulted in a fine as I had only been invoiced for 4, only bought to attention by the arrival of a fine. We went for a spa day and was unimpressed.The pool and saunas are OK but the whole place could do with a serious lick of paint.The staff are very friendly and courteous.We both had a massage which was OK. We have had better and a lot worse.The therapist was very nice and veryquiet.Parking isn't a problem just don't forget to log it in to the machine at the reception. And it's free. Fomos para um dia de spa e não ficamos impressionados. A piscina e saunas são OK, mas todo o lugar poderia fazer com um pingo sério de pintura. Os funcionários são muito simpáticos e prestáveis. Nós dois tivemos uma massagem que foi OK. Tivemos melhores e muito piores. A terapeuta foi muito simpática e muito tranquila. An old hotel rooms partially refurbished. Bathrooms need an update but clean and comfortable. Nice lounge area and big pool / spa facilities. Pool was a bit grubby bit lovely space. Shuttpe available to the airport only 5mins away. Nice restaurant also with a San Carlos attached. The Hotel is clean and massive, but it's the massive part that's the problem. We stayed here with 15 days parking and Shuttle service before a flight. We arrived Tea time on the Friday and struggled to find a parking place. We checked in were given our room number and sent on our way with an 6 cases a very vague explanation of where it was and no offer of help with our luggage. As said the hotel is massive and maze like, there are also no lifts to the lower floors. We ended up going back to reception to ask for better directions and all we got was a hotel worker pointing us in the general direction but again no offer of help with our luggage. The Shuttle service to the Airport was great, the drive very helpful and on time. He explained when he was dropping us off that another firm was taking over the shuttle contract. What a mistake Marriott have made there. We landed back at the airport and by the time we had our cases we thought we were have to wait no more than 20 mins. 1.5 hours later and many attempts to contact the shuttle company and hotel later we gave up and got a taxi. We did get reimbursed for this and a reduction in our room price, but all in all I won't be using this hotel again and definitely wouldn't recommend it. Chegamos na hora do chá na sexta-feira e lutamos para encontrar um lugar de estacionamento. Fizemos o check-in nos foi dado o número do nosso quarto e enviado em nosso caminho com 6 casos uma explicação muito vaga de onde estava e nenhuma oferta de ajuda com nossa bagagem. Como disse o hotel é enorme e labiríntico, também não há elevadores para os andares inferiores. Acabamos voltando para a recepção para pedir melhores direções e tudo o que conseguimos foi um funcionário do hotel nos apontando na direção geral, mas novamente nenhuma oferta de ajuda com nossa bagagem. O serviço de transporte para o aeroporto foi ótimo, a unidade muito útil e pontual. Ele explicou quando estava nos deixando que outra empresa estava assumindo o contrato de transporte. Que erro que a Marriott cometeu lá. Desembarcamos de volta no aeroporto e, quando tivemos nossos casos, pensamos que teríamos que esperar não mais que 20 minutos. 1,5 horas depois e muitas tentativas de contato com a empresa de transporte e hotel mais tarde desistimos e pegamos um táxi. Fomos reembolsados ​​por isso e uma redução no preço do quarto, mas, apesar de tudo, não usarei este hotel novamente e definitivamente não o recomendaria.

My husband and I landed in Manchester around 9:00pm and we were hungry. We found that this hotel had a restaurant open so we chose to come here before heading to our hotel. We had a wonderful experience! We walked in and the receptionist, Kelly (I think. blonde hair)was very welcoming and offered to hold our luggage for us while we ate at the restaurant. The restaurant service was wonderful. They were very friendly and the food and drinks were great! As we were getting ready to leave and head to our hotel I asked Kelly if they had a number we could call for a Taxi and instead she kindly hooked us up with their bus service and we arrived at our hotel safely. If we ever go back to Manchester I would definitely stay at this hotel! Great customer service goes a long way and makes your trip so much more enjoyable! The hotel is in a convenient location, there are shuttle buses from the hotel to the terminals so that stress is removed.The rooms are comfortable and spacious, with tea and coffee facilities, mini fridge, toiletries and plenty of wardrobe space should you need it.There is leisure facilities on site and guests can use the amenities. The pool is a great size and the steam room was lovely. There is a sauna and a freezing cold plunge pool.It's a great start to any holiday having a night here x Nós ficamos aqui muitas vezes e continuamos voltando.
