Quarto lindo, limpo e boa localização. A limpeza era tão eficiente que o quarto era arrumado no tempo em que nós tomávamos café.

Very good hotel, in city centre. For €72 per night, room with 2 beds and bathroom with bath. Breakfast was also good. Friendly people are working here. Don’t put your roomcard by your phone, the chip is not going to work then anymore.

Had very good time with family (wife and 5years daughter) * room was excellent and clean.. as it should. * big breakfast and nice points to the staff that keep it clean always. * Reception also very welcome. Gave recommendations on what to do and guided about COVID procedures in town

For the price I paid I got this is amazing hotel, room is amazing and breakfast too, staff are very helpful and location of hotel like not too far from everything

I had booked the hotel on their official website and paid for it by credit card in advance. However, on the day of arrival, I was not let in, because they were overbooked. I was offered a room at a 4-star hotel and a refund. Unfortunately, I never got the refund. The room of the ”4-star hotel” was loud and smelled so bad that I was not able to sleep at all. I had to pay for another hotel room to get out of this mess, and ended up staying at the Iron Gate (which was very good). I am still waiting for my refund from Eurostars, but even after several complaints they only offered a discount on my next stay, which of course is out of the question. I do think this kind of behaviour by Eurostars is fraudulent, but I do not have the time and money to launch criminal proceedings. So bitter review it is. Please do not book this hotel, and if you do, do not book on their own website, since then you will have no one else to complain to.

Fantastic location, super clean hotel, staff were very helpful and friendly! Highly recommend a stay at the Eurostar Thalia.

Positive: very big room (junior suite) with both shower and bathtub, very clean, very tasty breakfast and good location. Negative: noisy street and some building work was going on in front of the hotel which was very noisy some early mornings, staff did not advise people without masks to put them on during buffet, the bathtub was leaking, no bathrobes, almost no international channels and all the Chech ones could not be chosen in original language or with subtitles. All in all, happy compared to the offer they had but had I paid full price I would have been disappointed.

Upon check-in they helped plan routes to see the sites. They kept everything clean and sanitized. The room was very nice.

Very nice staff, was very comfortable to ask questions and resolve those small issues I had. As an example: Air conditioner was malfunction so once I told about it , the issue was resolved in timely manner. Great food on breakfast.

El hotel está situado en el mismísimo centro de Praga permitiendo así llegar a todas las partes de la ciudad andando. El personal del hotel fue muy atento y, como aspecto a destacar, hablan español, haciendo así tu estancia aún más confortable.Por lo que refiere a la habitación, simplementede diez. Respetaron todas las peticiones que hicimos y, además, había detalles muy interesantes como el suelo radiante del baño. Un aspecto muy importante atendiendo la situación de la pandemia actual era la desinfección completa que hacían de la habitación antes de la entrada; la cual estaba indicada con un sello antes de acceder a la misma habitación. En referencia a la limpieza, esta era impecable y se cambiaban las toallas diariamente. Añadir también que el hotel respetaba todas las medidas de seguridad (mascarillas, presencia de geles desinfectantes, etc).Otro detalle que ha marcado la diferencia para nosotros ha sido la atención personalizada que hemos recibido por recepción. En nuestro caso, tuvimos un retraso horario en la llegada al hotel y estos, a parte de contestar rápidamente, se mostraron muy comprensibles y serviciales en todo momento.Respecto al desayuno, debido a la prohibición de los buffets por la situación sanitaria actual, el hotel tenía un convenio con la cafetería de al lado. Simplemente genial! Era muy completo y el personal súper amable (adjunto foto).En resumidas cuentas, un hotel de 10 que sin duda recomendamos enormemente!

Hotel ubicado en pleno centro de la ciudad, al lado de paradas de tranvía, bus y metro. Atención impecable del personal. Sin duda, cuando vuelva a Praga se donde me alojaré

Habitación muy cómoda y de buen tamaño para 3 adultos. Como lado negativo destacaría el aislamiento con el exterior, algunas noches se oía mucho a la gente que salía a la puerta de un bar que había en la calle a la que daba nuestra habitación. La ubicación del hotel es perfecta, cerca todo pero sin estar dentro de todo el meollo turístico. El desayuno, muy completo y surtido, estaba muy rico. El personal muy amable, casi siempre encuentras a algún español trabajando y si no te puedes comunicar bien en inglés. Recomendable.

Le sobran alguna estrella, para ser de 5 estrellas errores graves. Moho en madera espejo, enchufe aseo no funcionaba, cáscara de nuez detrás de la cortina los 4 días que estuvimos. Eso si, desayuno espectacular. Trato muy bueno y en español

Estupendo hotel en los límites del casco viejo.... lo que permite sin esfuerzo recorrer todas las zonas fácilmente. Asistencia en español ... estupendo personal

La habitación que nos tocó es excelente, con una cama de 2 metros de ancho. Todo muy limpio. En nuestra media pensión nos dejaron elegir tanto comida como cena., incluso comida y cena si un día no lo consumíamos. El único pero que se puede poner es que la carta es siempre la misma y de pocas cosas, pero en general todo rico. En recepción muy agradables y serviciales y muchos hablan español. El hotel muy, muy bien situado, con 2 paradas de metro cerca y líneas de tranvia. Andando se llega enseguida a cualquier sitio. El hotel de diez.
