“I stayed at the Sheraton for one night due to me and my daughter having orientation at Georgia state University. This place back in the day, use to known as very upscale and well kept hotel.
Not so much anymore. There was marijuana smell all over this entire facility from the parking deck to the elevator and the halls. The area looks very run down. The customer service was great. But no dining was available on this particular night. I will not. Be using this hotel again. It's time for a change Sheraton. Just Ghetto!”

“Pool was out of use and when we enquired we were promised it would be available the following day but it was not. We were offered complimentary breakfast on our last day to compensate which was nice and unasked for. But on the morning there were issues and they tried to make us pay for three breakfast. The lady on reception that morning was rude. Service in the bar was slow both evenings and the barman was dismissive, prices high. Waitresses serving tables for dinner were nice and cheerful. Our rooms were awful: completely dark as the windows opened to a covered patio. The decor was outdated. The photos online do not represent what you find there. This hotel has clearly seen better days. Location was the only good thing in terms to walking to places. There was always a queue in reception.”
