“This hotel was beyond excellent. My husband and I truly enjoyed our stay here. It was immaculate clean from the lobby all the way up to our room. There was a clean smell everyday in the entire hotel. Always see staff cleaning. The valet was amazing. The employees were incredible. I can't say enough good things about this hotel. Had to leave early because of a storm and was so upset because this place is truly a gem. The Beach Club was so nice! and your ride to the Beach Club was free and in a brand new SUV. It was just top notch from the get go! Highly recommend and will definitely be going back to stay again when in Del Ray!”

First upon arrival One of the valet staff was very rude but I notice they were very respectful towards the guest who did not look like me. That immediately made me uncomfortable until I seen a young lady at the desk who made me feel way more welcome. I am a business owner and I work with several prominent people in the delray community as well as some fortune 500 companies so I know a lot about customer service and marketing. So I was checked into a room that actually had electrical issues. Our lights turned on in the middle of the night and would not turn off and we had several people come in and out of our room throughout the night while I was trying to sleep in bed trying to fix this issue. It was already known to the hotel staff that I just came on a very long nine hour trip and needed to get rest before my meeting in the morning that I had to drive to Miami for. I was switched into a room that was on the other side of the hotel in the middle of the night carrying all my things myself with no help of the staff. I was assured by the manager that guest relations would reach out to me to see if they can do anything for me. They never reached out to me because what they offered me was either half off spa services or $90 off of my stay. I think that is a horrible offer since I did not get the experience that I should have gotten at their hotel as well as not being able to enjoy the room that I chose and paid for. I think the proper thing to do would’ve been to offer me a another stay to experience the hotel in a better light. The guest relations manager never reached out to me to even apologize about my experience and so for that I’m not even sure if I would except a offer to even return to this hotel even as a non-paying guest because I would not feel as though they care about the customer service or experiences their guest have in their hotel. I waited at least two weeks to write this review in hopes that the guest relations manager would email or call me.”

Had such a wonderful experience at the Seagate this past week. Spent most of our time relaxing at the Seagate beach club which is only minutes away with a ride in their provided shuttle services. We were most impressed with the Staff at the beach club. Franz, Joe, Cathy, Laura, Logan & Giovanni really made our stay incredible. They went above and beyond in every way possible to make sure we were enjoying our time. A+ service out of this group. Can't wait to go back and see everyone again. They make you feel like family. Keep rocking beach club keep rocking!

This is my second stay at the Seagate. The first was last year and there were issues with my room. The manager at that time, who has unfortunately left, more than addressed the issues and asked me to give them another try and return. I could not util last week. I would give the stay a 3.5. The biggest and continuous issues is Housekeeping and their failures and them being late in addressing. One new manager was also a bit stingy on trying to make us whole even as a repeat guest. The facilities are really nice. The valet, pool people, restaurant servers( excluding the cafe people), drivers to the private club are all very friendly. Audrey at the front desk was specially attentive. The hotel has now marketed itself for conferences of which there were many during our short stay. This takes away for the cozy nature of our first stay. We had planned to return again if our experience was positive, but frankly that is very much up in the air.

We had a wonderful room that was almost like a small apartment. Double balcony outside and very high ceilings. Lovely spa too. We got a couple's massage and a salt rub and it was very nice. The proximity to Atlantic Ave and the beach are equidistant and CLOSE. They even had a courtesy shuttle to take you wherever you want and pick you up as well. Top notch.
