I had such a lovely time here! We had to book last minute as our flight was cancelled but found that the team here were extremely accommodating and helpful. Our room was huge and had everything we needed and more (including a fridge and sink). We especially enjoyed sitting by the fire pit and swimming at the pool!! For breakfast, we were kindly served by Carmen who provided an excellent service. She went as far as checking if the brand of bread they used was kosher for my parents, and helped us out after breakfast was over. The selection available was so great! There were so many options available for everyone: from making your own waffles, alternative milks and an array of coffees, to classic breakfast bagels and eggs. We were all so pleased with the breakfast! Another honourable mention should go to the cleaning staff who keep the hotel impeccable. Everyone here is such a hard worker and we have truly appreciated the hospitality that you have offered! Thank you! Eu me diverti muito aqui! Tivemos que reservar no último minuto, pois nosso voo foi cancelado, mas descobrimos que a equipe aqui foi extremamente atenciosa e prestativa. O nosso quarto era enorme e tinha tudo o que precisávamos e muito mais (incluindo um frigorífico e lavatório). Nós gostamos especialmente de sentar perto da fogueira e nadar na piscina! No café da manhã, fomos gentilmente atendidos pela Carmen que prestou um excelente atendimento. Ela chegou a verificar se a marca de pão que eles usavam era kosher para meus pais e nos ajudou depois que o café da manhã acabou. A seleção disponível foi tão grande! Havia tantas opções disponíveis para todos: desde fazer seus próprios waffles, leites alternativos e uma variedade de cafés até os clássicos bagels e ovos de café da manhã. Ficamos todos muito satisfeitos com o café da manhã! Outra menção honrosa deve ir para a equipe de limpeza que mantém o hotel impecável. This is a GREAT place to stay! It's in a good location, the rooms are neat &clean and all of the staff were WONDERFUL! Breakfast is included where Carmen and the others made sure it is kept filled. Gerald made sure everyone had a clean space to enjoy their meal and was always kind & courteous. If I'm ever in Orlando again I would definitely stay here and do recommend it to others!

We loved our experience with the bar! They had a Christmas Menu and we enjoyed the Espresso Martini and the Maple Old Fashions. Best ones we ever had! Jessica was an awesome and friendly bartender and we look forward to our return in January for the next drink menu. Rooms are clean and perfect size. Front desk staff were super friendly and helpful.

I stay here 2-3 times a year. I really like this hotel. First, the rooms are nice , clean and spacious. They DO NOT charge for parking or for breakfast. Very difficult to find a hotel now that does not charge for these. It is conveniently located 5 minutes outside the airport and near many restaurants and shopping outlets. I like that I can walk to restaurants in the same lot. The fitness room is well maintained and has a good variety of equipment. The staff have always been helpful.

We stayed here prior to cruise. Puck up at airport to hotel was prompt and efficient for late night arrival. Front desk attendant was very efficient and Friendly.Breakfast in the morning with coffee was perfect. Carmen the breakfast attendant was so nice and had coffee set up early and breakfast Buffet was delicious.Area was picked up and clean. Thank you to the entire staff of the Hampton Inn. I would definitely recommend and stay again if in area🥰 also our room had two double beds and is on the larger size of other rooms we have stayed in. Ficamos aqui antes do cruzeiro. Stayed here after travelling from the U.K. the day before a Cruise from Port Canaveral. Free airport shuttle to and from the however the pick up is where this let the hotel down. It was nearly an hour from calling to being picked up. Driver was really nice though and apologetic. Room very spacious, a bit noisy at night but bed was large and comfortable. Included Breakfast was adequate and the staff were really nice and friendly. Will also say that this is possibly the cleanest hotel I’ve stayed in for a while!

Me he quedado en varios hoteles en los últimos 5 años en Orlando y este hotel es por mucho el que mejor servicio ofrece, recientemente tuve un problema en otro hotel de la misma cadena y fue aquí donde lograron resolver mi problema dándome siempre la mas amable de las atenciones, sinceramente quedé impresionado. Greg Que es el manager del hotel es muy atento a los huéspedes y siempre buscando cómo mejorar tu estadía en su hotel y hacerla más placentera, no duden en contactarlo para cualquier asistencia. Las habitaciones están impecables, muy cómodas y con un toque de lujo, pero definitivamente lo que garantiza tu estadía es la atención tan cálida y hospitalaria de todo el personal. Si lo que buscas es sentirte verdaderamente bienvenido este hotel es tu mejor opción. Volveré aquí cada que esté de visita en Orlando .

Really came through for us a day prior to our trip to Orlando.We needed a hotel with 24 hour shuttle service from the airport because another hotel in the area did not have the 24 hour option. The rooms were pretty standard. We all slept comfortably. We needed time to kill after checkout and they provided us a place to store our luggage and allowed us to swim. The breakfast was one of the better continental breakfasts with muffins, bagels, yogurt, eggs, great home fries, sausage, and waffle making station(2). Apple, oranges, strawberry kiwi juice options and coffee station.

Since our (party of 4) had a very early flight, we arrived there while breakfast was being served. We were greeted, checked in and much to our surprise was told our rooms were ready. Our stay there, just overnight. They handled all going to cruise ship graciously and professionally re checking us out quickly. We always stay at Hampton Inns across the country and was never disappointed. The one we stayed at in Florida had upgraded its lobby area with a small bar area and more seating for breakfast. One recommendation is that the flow for food area could be better. Can get very congested since the waffle making station is in the same area. One thing we thought was great was they plastic gloves available. You just slide your hand you're using to handle the ladles/tongs and get food. The food was protected by plexiglass barriers, but you still had access. Thank you Hampton Inn for doing that. We would recommend Hampton Inn to family and friends.

Excelente lugar para descansar después o antes de un viaje. Tiene desayuno de cortesía, tiene transporte gratis al aeropuerto y el personal es muy amable, la habitación es muy cómoda y limpia.

Excelente hotel, muy lindo el personal muy amable y tienen shuttle sin costo que pasa por ti al aeropuerto y de regreso.

Apesar de termos sidos levados pela Van do hotel até o local, o mesmo é bem perto do aeroporto de Orlando, e de fácil acesso. Os quartos são limpos, e super confortáveis. Sem falar do frigobar, que outros hotéis nem se dão o trabalho de oferecer. Café da manhã super gostoso, e à vontade. Voltaria a me hospedar no hotel sem pensar duas vezes!

A equipe foi amigável, muito flexível. Precisávamos fazer o check-in com antecedência porque estávamos vindo de outro hotel e, embora eles não pudessem nos fornecer o mesmo quarto, nos deram um que era tão bom. O pequeno-almoço quente gratuito parecia bom, e o café era ótimo. Eles seguraram nossa bagagem para nós enquanto explorávamos a área após o check-out para matar o tempo antes de chegar ao aeroporto para nosso vôo noturno. O quarto era limpo, havia toalhas e lençóis suficientes para as nossas necessidades.

We stayed here one night and had a great experience. Everything was clean and comfortable. The staff was friendly. And the full breakfast was great! We would definitely stay here again.

Staff was friendly, very accommodating. We needed to check in early because we were coming from another hotel, and although they couldn’t provide us with the same room, they gave us one that was just as nice. The free hot breakfast looked good, and the coffee was great. They held our luggage for us as we explored the area after checkout to kill time before getting to the airport for our nighttime flight. The room was clean, there were enough towels and linens for our needs.

Awesome Experience! Staff was on top of it and attended to all our needs. Rooms were first class. Awesome up to date cleanliness. Swimming Pool was very Tropical and awesome. I'd recommend this hotel all the time in Orlando. Thanks for a great experience.
