O problema do WiFi foi trazido à atenção deles, mas a situação não foi resolvida durante a nossa estadia.Não me atrevi a experimentar nenhuma refeição do Baires Grill durante a minha visita. O menu simplesmente não me atraiu. Opções muito melhores fora do estabelecimento.As batatas fritas de trufas do Baires Grill foram uma grande decepção, elas têm gosto de batatas fritas da Wendy e isso não é uma coisa boa. Por favor, não peça este acompanhamento. Eles não oferecem condimentos como parte de sua experiência de atendimento ao cliente. Você deve perguntar se você quer saber. Se você pagar o preço total por esta experiência, peça a eles para acomodá-lo em um quarto onde você possa obter exatamente o que pagou pelo merecido. Quase todas as avaliações comentam sobre os aspectos físicos de um Hotel. Comemoramos um aniversário de casamento sabendo o quão limpo e confortável é o Colonnade, como é ótima a localização, todas as coisas que todos perguntam. Bem, esta revisão é um pouco diferente porque é apenas sobre as pessoas que trabalham lá. Não somos estrelas do rock nem milionários e não esperamos tratamento especial. Mas foi exatamente isso que recebemos dos Parking Valets, House Keeping e principalmente da Recepção: Ross, Adriana, Hayden, Isabella, Audrey e Mia. Sinceramente gracioso, caloroso, atencioso, como seu melhor amigo mais próximo, são os adjetivos que eu usaria para descrevê-los todos. Eles, e não a contagem de fios dos lençóis, são o que torna o Colonnade um lugar realmente ótimo para ficar. Quando você conhece pessoas que são genuinamente gentis, atenciosas e ansiosas por agradar, é como ganhar na loteria do hotel. Minha esposa e eu nos consideramos vencedores.

Beautiful unique hotel! My favorite part of this place are the lovely abstract art throughout the hotel. The rooms are clean, comfy beds and very accommodating staff.

Almost all reviews comment on the physical aspects of a Hotel. We celebrated a wedding anniversary knowing how clean and comfortable the Colonnade is, how great the location, all of the things that everybody asks about. Well this review is a little different because it is just about the people who work there. We are neither rock stars nor millionaires and do not expect special treatment. But that is exactly what we received from the Parking Valets, House Keeping staff, and especially the Front Desk Reception Staff: Ross, Adriana, Hayden, Isabella, Audrey and Mia. Sincerely gracious, warm, attentive, like your closest best friend are the adjectives I would use to describe them all. They, and not the thread count of the bed sheets, are what makes the Colonnade a truly great place in which to stay. When you meet people who are genuinely kind, attentive, and eager to please it is like winning the hotel lottery. My wife and I consider ourselves winners.

Minha estadia neste hotel foi horrível! Você tem que pegar dois elevadores para chegar ao quarto, sem mencionar o estacionamento cada vez que você sai do hotel, você tem que pagar. Eles não limpam o quarto diariamente. Temos que pedir toalhas limpas. Sem microondas para aquecer a comida. A recepcionista da recepção, que trabalha no turno da noite 5/12 veio até a porta do quarto nos acusou de barulho, quando não havia barulho nem a TV estava ligada. O barulho vinha do corredor. Pretty awful hotel. In addition to the hallway noise problem other people have mentioned, we were put in a room (literally) attached to the elevator well. I can hear the elevator noise every time people use it. Also, the wifi signal in that room is so weak that I can only use it when I am close to the door. Whoever in charge of the hotel should put an asterisk on this room and sell it separately or do not even sell it at all as it does not meet the standard of any decent hotel. Overall, the hotel has pretty looking rooms, but its fundamentals are worse than an average Quality Inn.

My stay at this hotel was horrible! You have take two elevators to get to the room not to mention the parking each time you leave the hotel you have to pay.They don’t clean the room on a daily basis. We have to ask for clean towels.No microwave to warm food. The Receptionist at the front desk , who work on 5/12 night shift came to the room door accused us about noise , when there was no noise not even the TV was on.The noise was coming from the hallway. I didn’t appreciate what he did . We pay for the room and was not staying there for free. I have always stayed at Marriott Hotels and never had this experience.I will not stay at this Hotel in the future.

The hotel itself is beautifully renovated. I am someone that is all about the aesthetics especially when a certain price point is reach per night. The room was lovely with the spiral stairwell that adjoins a loft. Quite honestly, I feel the two could have been swapped. But it’s understandable for servicing purposes.You can definitely hear conversations taking place in the hallway as well as what is going on outdoors. This can be disturbing if you turn in early. While scoping out the loft upstairs, I was quite surprised to see the microwave stacked on top of the small refrigerator. They can do better than this. Again, for the price per night, you would expect more. I truly feel we were overcharged. But maybe is the locale and surrounding amenities that brought about that price point.Room 547!

We had a great time this weekend attending a friends wedding at the Hotel Colonnade in Coral Gables! The hotel is a very old but elegant hotel recently acquired & renovated by Marriott.The Hotel was very warm and comfortable. The furnishings and decor were very nice but what made our visit there so special was the staff!Everyone was very friendly and helpful. From the Valet staff on the street to the Bellman to the Front Desk to the bartenders and waiters, everyone made sure that you were taken good care of and with a smile! Bill & Willard Marriott would be very proud of management & the staff for their commitment to taking great care of their guests!!I also left some clothes and money behind but immediately after we checked out, I received a call from one of the managers, Ross Reyes.He told me what I had done before I even realized it and reassured me that everything including the cash, would be waiting for me to pick up at my convenience!I highly recommend to anyone visiting SoFla to stay at the Hotel Colonnade in Coral Gables.You won’t be disappointed! O pessoal é excelente. Recebi o melhor serviço de atendimento ao cliente. Meu vôo atrasou e eles foram muito compreensivos. Mesmo assim, só conseguimos curtir este lindo hotel por 4 horas antes de seguirmos para o Porto. Obrigado a todos por me deixarem sem estresse! Definitivamente vou visitar novamente!

Edifício lindo e quartos de alta qualidade. Sem mencionar que todos os funcionários que encontrei, desde o manobrista ao concierge e a equipe de limpeza, foram maravilhosos e ansiosos para ajudar! Aproveite a localização no centro de Coral Gables para ir a pé para jantar, fazer compras ou tomar alguns drinks. A piscina é um pouco vazia, mas era tranquila e pacífica.

The staff is excellent. I received the best customer service hands down. My flight was delayed and they were so understanding. Even though we only got to enjoy this beautiful hotel for 4 hours before heading to Port. Thank you all for making me stress free! Definitely will visit again!

Gorgeous building and high quality rooms. Not to mention that every staff member I encountered, from the valet to the concierge to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! Take advantage of the downtown location in Coral Gables to walk to dinner, go shopping, or have some drinks. The pool is a little bare, but it was quiet and peaceful.

One of the best stays in Coral Gables area. The first thing to notice is this awesome smell all over. My kids loved the game room. Bedding is comfortable and the staff is great.

Cleanliness is a major issue at this property. The first room we checked into had a stained couch. Front desk graciously moved us to another room. The second room we were in had the toilet seat smeared with excrement. The staff, however, is very attentive and front desk was very apologetic and sent a crew to sanitize the bathroom promptly. Certainly, will not rate this as a high end experience given the aforementioned issues.

Situado perfeitamente a uma curta caminhada de ótimos restaurantes, cafés e supermercados / lojas de conveniência, este hotel possui uma bela estrutura interna que certamente impressionará qualquer pessoa.Os quartos são um sucesso ou um fracasso em termos de serem espaçosos. A primeira vez que fiquei aqui, eles me forneceram um grande quarto grande com uma cama king size e uma área de estar com um sofá completo. Na segunda vez, era um pequeno quarto com uma cama king-size. A cadeira e a mesa ocupavam o resto da sala, e tentar puxar a cadeira para sentar era quase impossível às vezes.Os funcionários do hotel são muito simpáticos e prestam toda a assistência necessária.Há café de cortesia que a recepção irá servir para você. Excellent hotel in the Coral Gables area. Situated perfectly within walking distance of great restaurants, coffee shops, and grocery/convenience stores, this hotel boasts a beautiful interior structure that is sure to impress anyone. The rooms are hit or miss in terms of being spacious. The first time I stayed here they provided me a great large room with a king bed and a sitting area with a full couch. The second time, it was a small room with a king bed. The chair and desk took up the rest of the room, and trying to pull the chair out to sit was near impossible at times. The hotel staff are very friendly, provided any assistance needed. There is complimentary coffee that the front desk will pour for you themselves. While I appreciate this, the coffee itself is quite watered down and you can taste the water itself rather than more of the coffee flavor when you get black coffee. Finally, without leaving the hotel they have an an excellent steak restaurant, Morton’s, that I highly recommend eating at when in the area. I will continue to be a customer at this establishment.

I booked this hotel for 3 nights, and I'm impressed because the transactions I had from them were smooth and easy. Upon checking in the staff here are very polite and accommodating and even guide me cordially to where my room is located. This place is the best, especially if you are on vacation or business. Nicely done, guys! Thanks much!

Abril/2021 La administración ha dejado afectar la buena calidad de este Hotel. El servicio de limpieza a cuartos es deficiente ya que no limpian debajo de las camas y resto de mobiliario, se enfocan en el arreglo de las camas y el baño básicamente. En dos ocasiones ni siquiera llegaron a hacer la limpieza y se tuvo que llamar a recepción para solicitar el servicio. Ubicación: excelente! Precios: resultan un poco altos por la calidad del servicio de limpieza recibido Restaurante: Solo está disponible el servicio de desayuno.

Um antigo mas imponente hotel que fez história em Coral Gables. É sempre muito bom passear por Coral Gables. Lugar lindo!!!

Excelente hotel, muy buenas instalaciones, gym y piscina súper bien, céntrico y bien conectado, un poco caro el desayuno para la variedad que ofrecen.

Tuve la oportunidad de estar en el hotel como cortejo de mi mejor amiga. El lugar es espectacular para una boda, las habitaciones cómodas y muy modernas, bonitas, la atención por parte del personal fue estupenda en todo sentido. Tienes la opción de solicitar una bridal suite para que se arregle la novia, Madrona, madre y cortejo que está bastante bien, diferente a la habitación de los novios. La comida estuvo muy sabrosa.

El hotel es hermoso, las habitaciones amplias y comodas. Bien situado en Coral Gables. Pero el servicio es muy malo, incomprensible para un hotel de esta categoria. Nada mas llegar extraviaron nuestras maletas por mas de una hora. El dia del check out no estaba la persona del valet parking, tuve que subir al lobby (en otro piso) para pedir que lo llamen. Los pasillos llenos de bandejas y restos de room service hasta altas horas de la tarde. No lo recomiendo.
