I love this hotel it was so pretty right when you go inside it feels like you’re in an oasis really makes you feel like your on vacation. The lobby is beautiful it makes you feel like you’re in a tropical forest vacation with palm trees and waterfalls customer service is great and Anne & Mike were so nice. Check in wad super easy hospitality was great, definitely will be coming here soon and again. That room was great, very spacious super comfortable mattress and sheets. Definitely what I needed for my vacation definitely recommend this place to stay.

We will never stay here again. Luckily, our stay was only for 1 night. The staff was very friendly and helpful but the room was another story. The wallpaper in the bathroom looked like a toddler applied it. The curtains had a big hole and stain on it. We asked for 2 sets of sheets and an extra blanket because we had no intentions of sleeping directly on the mattress which had no pad. What we received was 2 duvet covers and 2 fitted sheets. We were told that they were out of extra blankets. There was also a very visible stain on the pull out couch that I thought was from one of our 2 kids. Finally, the hotel is located on a very busy street with a train track a few feet away. We sleep with white noise machines so it wasn’t a huge issue but it was definitely an inconvenience. If we weren’t flying home the next morning, we would have went to another hotel.

This is a nasty hotel!!!!!! It’s the quality of a Motel and I was moved to (3) different rooms, the carpet is old, urine filled, pets here, stains everywhere and they spray air freshener on top of it, everything in the rooms are old and busted, bedding stained and they bribe you and try to offer you points to be quiet. The reviews that are decent I’m sure were made by people who have never stayed here or maybe doing a favor to them employees. The best place in the hotel is by the door where the workers stand to check you in me they wear mask all day that’s how bad it smells. Don’t stay here spend money and get a better experience I feel bad for the workers because a job is a job if you need employment but this ain’t it!

We were evacuated from Ft. Meyers during hurricane Ian and needed two rooms here. Not only is the hotel clean and conveniently located but the staff was awesome. Our flights home to NJ kept getting canceled and we were forced to extend our stay multiple times. The manager Ed made sure we were able to remain in our rooms even though the hotel was booked to capacity. He also made us feel like we were his #1 priority. Would absolutely recommend!

Sheraton Cypress will always be my second home. The hospitality provided by Ed and his staff is nothing short of 5 star. I’m always welcome and greeted with the warmest of smiles (regardless of the mask) amenities that I simply can’t enjoy enough of, and even the above and beyond satisfaction to make sure every guest is treated like family, I was given guest of the day which was a first for me and was completely taken in awe, I could never stay anywhere else but the Sheraton. Thank you for always making my stay pleasurable and memorable, look forward to staying with you soon!

Muito ruim ... A estrutura do hotel até que é boa. Mas está muito mau cuidado. Os quartos não são limpos adequadamente .a academia está com aparelhos quebrados . Falta uma atenção .. uma pena .pensei que o padrão Sheraton fosse melhor

Hotel fácil de agradar ! Bonito , recepção eficiente , quarto funcional , café da manhã excelente ( pago 15 US ) . Vale a escolha.

Minha experiência está sendo péssima, inicialmente pareceu boa, no terceiro dia de estada nos mandaram trocar de quarto sob a alegação de reformas, mas na verdade foi para colocarem outros hóspedes, pq temos visibilidade de o de nos colocaram ao quarto antigo. Não bastasse o inconveniente da mudança, o novo quarto é muito barulhento além da internet não funcionar e tem goteira no corredor de acesso ao banheiro... definitivamente não recomendo este hotel. O tratamento de alguns funcionários é cordial, pelo menos.

É um bom hotel, ao lado Aeroporto executivode Fort Lauderdale, porém o barulho de pousos e decolagens muitas vezes são imperceptiveis, porém o trem que passa atrás do hotel pode ser desagradável para quem esteja com o quarto voltado para a direção da linha. Hotel antigo, porém preservado, faltando manutenção em alguns pontos do hotel, porém nada que seja estrutural e sim estéticos. Com relação a recepção e funcionários todos muito carismáticos e de prontidão para melhor atender.

The one and only nightmare I've ever had at a Sheraton hotel . I made my reservation 2 weeks prior to my arrival , had confirmed my reservation & check in age with one of the front desk associates. I proceed to drive 4 hours to finally arrive at the hotel ready to settle in when a front desk agent by the name Danielle informed by I wouldn't be able to check in without being 21, I tell her how could this be possible when I confirmed with the front desk myself, I see her very lost & confused & ask to speak to a manager, she goes In the back & comes back telling me I still will not be able to check in when I specifically ask for a MANAGER. I begin to say is there anyone of leadership ? A manager ? A supervisor ? A leader ? Anyone I can speak too in higher ranking and she proceeds to say there is no manager , at this point this is concerning that there is no form of leadership within this entire resort or she was very clearly lying . After about 10 minutes trying to speak to a supervisor she puts the phone on speaker to a manager named "Jessica" who proceeds to interrupt & disrespect me as a guest within this property , then threatens to call authorities if I did not leave the property, when once again I had been asking for 20 minutes now to simply speak with a supervisor . I leave the property and book at a Marriott thank god . & I call the front desk to have my refund for the disgusting stay . Where the kind manager I believe Ed informs me that the front desk agent was new & I actually could check in . So now I've spent 3 hours finding a new reservation due to lack of TRAINING . I've never experienced anything like this at any other Sheraton property . I'm usually not one of the people who write reviews , but I am beyond disappointed.

Couldn't give no stars. Trash hotel run by trash for trash. Alarm at night to evacuate. No wifi. 3 crack pipes on the balcony. Which is flooded and filled with trash. Spotlight shines direct into rooms. Pool is filthy. I'm forgetting other stuff. If you have any class stay ANYWHERE else.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean. Hotel is currently under renovation and even the construction workers were pleasant to encounter.

This hotel has come under new management and what was once a great hotel has become a nightmare. The African American gentleman at the front desk is super cool and cares about the guests, but is the only one. Every other person at the front desk was super rude, especially the female morning manager. I had to check in early so I asked if she could wave just one of the $40 fees. She was so rude and had such an attitude that the whole lobby looked at her. I bought two rooms. In one room, the fridge was broken and smelled like rotten eggs. I asked the lady at the counter to have them come replace it and she didn’t even tell maintenance. Had to call again so I could refrigerate my $90 food order that come to the hotel. In the other room, the sink was clogged, and the shower did not turn on at all. They came and fixed that. I wanted to extend my rooms for a night, and I was told I had to come out and check out at 11AM and then get new keys. I work at night and sleep during the day, so that’s not an option for me. After a long conversation, they figured out a way to do it. They said they used to be able to hit an extend day button, but the new management says they need to do it this way now. Has to be complicated. I ordered food one morning, I was the first table. The waiter couldn’t remember who ordered what drinks (only four of us), and then gave my friend my omelet and I got his. We had to switch plates once we noticed. Food was mediocre. Finally, in both rooms, the showers had absolutely no cold water coming out of the shower. It was not like this the previous days. It was burning hot and I could barely get the soap out of my hair. A miserable experience at what is supposed to be a good brand of hotel. All other Sheraton’s I’ve stayed at are better, give some other ones a try, but not this one. Will not be staying here again, do not waste your money.

I know the Mallah group took over this hotel so I thought it would be good, but wow. It is a nightmare. They have trash all in the parking lot and trash people staying here! Loud and outdated. The elevators feel like they’re going to break any second. The rooms are GROSS!!! We did the pull out couch and it has mold all over the sheets they brought up. It’s 1am and all I hear is doors slamming and people screaming. HORRIBLE HOTEL STAY AWAY!!!!!

UPDATE: 12/20 A brushoff reply. THIS PLACE IS HORRIBLE! It is filthy, smells bad, stained carpet, broken lighting and has horrible customer service for over $300 a night. I wish it was as nice as it appeared online. Save your money and stay somewhere else. ***I am still waiting for a reply from this hotel. It truly is the worst hotel experience I have had in the last 20 years. PLEASE READ OTHER REVIEWS! THE 1 STAR REVIEWS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED! I BELIEVE MANY OF THE GOOD REVIEWS ARE FAKE!

I have enjoyed staying there. Beautiful environment from the lobby to the rooms. The stuff members were friendly and very professional. Edlyn, the manager, was excellent, very professional, respectful, and was always ready to go out of his way to make sure that customers find total satisfaction. I can’t wait to go back there, that’s definitely my new spot to stay whenever I travel to Fort Lauderdale or South Florida.

Tiene un ambiente muy cálido con un pequeño jardín al centro dando la sensación de abrir la puerta de la habitación y estar al aire libre. Salas de conferencias agradables y un restaurante con un rico buffete.

Bueno, tuve la oportunidad de quedarme dos veces. El hotel se ve avejentado pero me imagino que es por el descuido de la gerencia, los pasillos se ven muy sucios y las alfombras están totalmente manchadas, con una buena gerencia y una buena planeación se podría darle un buen mantenimiento a estas áreas. habitaciones son amplias pero viejas, el club lounge no tiene nada, es uno de los peores que he visto de SPG a este solo lo salva un empleado de nombre Tommyque hace el lugar entretenido, da direcciones y es muy amable, pero por lo demás es solo para una o dos boches no mas. una pena, porque el edificio tiene mucho potencial y da para mucho más

Dios mío este hotel es malísimo,. No entiendo cómo hay gente que le pueda gustar. El kitchenette es de juguete, tiene una sala de huésped enorme sin necesidad alguna. Huele mal. Los números que figuran en el teléfono para Helpdesk, servicio de limpieza, concerge están sin funcionar. A parte que gotea el techo y creo que no tienen interés en arreglar. El baño es pequeño no tiene secador de cabello. El internet casi no funciona. Y si no tienen auto no se acerquen x aquí x que todo está lejos. Lastimosamente es temporada alta y me tocó estar aquí y no en otros de mí preferencia.

Si Lee esto Penélope es la mejor, la amo <3 Muy bien atendido por el personal, todos son muy amables y el servicio de limpieza es el adecuado. Esta en un lugar estratégico, encuentras todo muy cerca y cuenta con servicio de taxi y 3 millas son gratis.
