This hotel/resort exceeded all expectations. It was absolutely beautiful. I also loved that we had access to the Grand Padellum grounds as well. We loved hanging out at their sports bar as well as the coffee shop.A few things I didn't like (but do not impact my overall satisfaction) are as follows:1) Our assigned butlers were MIA. They barely did anything for us. We ended up just fendingfor ourselves. So that was a little disappointing.2) The concierge invited us to a presentation for the membership & rewards program in exchange for a credit to use at hotel. However, it was not what we expected. It was all about selling us a 18-20k membership kind of similarto like a timeshare --- 👎🥱😩. It was a waste of time.

A very glam hotel, with excellent customer service. I really wish I could give this five stars but unfortunately the food was a big let down for me. Room service always takes a very long time to arrive and the food is almost never hot, usually warm/cold. Apart from the temperature the taste wasn’t amazing either.Overall I would recommend staying there again with the slight caveat about food. The food at the restaurants is a lot better. Our favourite was the Italian restaurant (whose name escapes me, but it’s the only one there so you’ll know it when you see it). Make sure you try their fried fish, it’s so delicious.

Went here for my honeymoon and had such a fun time! Check-in was fast and the service was friendly. The main pool was fun and there was always live music being played. The walk to the beach was very short and the service there was also really great. There are two ways to get around the resort: by boat or by cart. Both are very convenient, but you definitely have to try the boat a few times, especially at night. We got the swim-up suite with the private pool and daybed. That was so amazing and we used it everyday. We had a nice view of the members-only pool, which I didn’t mind because the outdoor bar was right there and it was always quiet. The bathrooms are amazing, especially the shower, and our bed was very comfortable. Our butler, Robin, was very helpful and made sure we always had what we needed. The maid service was always on point. They made sure we had clean towels when we needed them, restocked our minibar when it was running low, and prepared our bed for each evening. There is also a nice system in your suite to show if you need cleaning or to toggle “do not disturb” outside of your door. I’d say the only reasons why I’m not giving this 5 stars is because the food wasn’t anything special, but that is expected when there are so many choices. Another reason is that there will always be someone trying to sell you a massage or some other service while you are here.

i wanted to send an email to you with this feedback but could not find it on your website, hence i will have to do this in public. We had a great stay but for a few reasons this is not a 5 rating for us. Some suggestions we have are below. 1. Rooms are not noise proof.. Fantastic rooms but this was the BIGGEST frustration:to be woken up in the middle of the night by loud / drunk people in the corridor, or by a cart used by room service .. this happened a couple of times during our stay. 2. Strong Smell of ammonia in the room Cleanliness is great, especially this time we live in, but the smell was horrible the first night.. hotels like sofitel, have lovely room sprays! Other points you could improve Seats at Chic are very uncomfortable Fake Cointreau in some of the bars, but not all. Not sure what it was but was a horrible copy. Using a petrol engine blower to clean the lobby? why not battery operated ones ( more healthy and no smell ) too much personnel in El dorado, but a crazy long wait due to lack of personnel at the Japanese place Not a lot of place to put clothing in the room. Rooms are big but closet space is too little and there was no iron board? ( but there was an iron .. )As said, the stay and service was great but improving the above would make it a perfect stay!

Es mi segunda vez en el resort y estas son mis opiniones. Instalaciones: El TRS es una sección 5 estrellas del grand palladium en mi opinión aunque el lugar es bonito tiene deficiencias en cuestión de mantenimiento, en mi habitación la regadera estaba mal graduada por lo que costaba mucho trabajo tener agua caliente, en la habitación de mis padres la regadera de la tina estaba rota, los espejos de vanidad no funcionaban, la báscula no tenía pila, la cafetera no servía, son pequeños detalles que no deberías encontrar en un hotel 5 estrellas. Servicio de bares: En mi primera visita quede sorprendida con la calidad de bebidas que ofrecían los bares. preparados de maracuya, kiwi, frutos rojos, moras, alcohol premium. Por desgracia en esta ocasión no fue así, las botellas de alcohol que tenía el bar de la alberca no eran de tan buena calidad, aunque al parecer contaban con etiqueta negra, don julio blanco, 1800 reposado (NUNCA HABÍA), los chicos que atendían los bares en albercas no eran muy carismáticos y tiraban bebidas a matar sobrecargadas de alcohol. El bar del sky era muy bueno en cuestión de servicio los chicos eran demasiado alegres y siempre intentando sacarte una sonrisa. El bar del lobby tenía buena calidad en el alcohol pero era difícil encontrar a alguien que te atienda, o estaba cerrado desde MUY temprano. El bar de la playa era demasiadoooo LENTO. Restaurantes: El TRS cuenta con un lugar para desayunar. CAPRICHO: desayuno a la carta, variedad media y un pequeño buffet. La calidad de la comida es buena aunque el menú es muy reducido para lo que pagas y demasiado americanizado. Un lugar para comer. HELIOS: comida a la carra mismos detalles que el desayuno, servicio lento. Snack en la alberca, únicamente con servicio de mesero no es posible ordenar directamente y el tiempo de espera es de aproximadamente 1 hora - 1 hora 30 minutos. 4 lugares para cenar GAUCHO: Excelente calidad en los cortes, menú delicioso, atención excelente. Recomendado 100% El único detalle es que el aire acondicionado no funcionaba. TENTAZIONE: Excelente calidad, Menú amplio; porciones grandes. Recomendado 100% HELIOS: Por comentarios de terceras personas no es recomendable, porciones demasiado pequeñas, atención lenta, comida fría. BOHEME: Sin comentarios, no logramos comer en este lugar ni escuchamos buenos o malos comentarios. Ambiente: 100% relax, si lo que buscas es un lugar donde puedas pasar unas vacaciones relajantes este es el sitio, no ruido, no niños, no fiesta. Spa hidroterapia: De primer nivel, instalaciones hermosas, cuidadas para pasar un rato sumamente agradable y sin costo adicional. RESERVACIÓN INDISPENSABLE. Gym: Grande, súper equipado cuenta con todo lo necesario para continuar con tu rutina durante tus vacaciones, equipos en buen estado,horarios excelentes.Resumen: Es un buen lugar para pasar las vacaciones las instalaciones son muy bonitas, el servicio es amable pero a mi consideración pagas más de lo que ofrecen, he visitado muchísimos resorts donde pagas la mitad de lo que cuesta este y recibes lo mismo, si lo has visitado antes no esperes la misma calidad puesto que la han reducido notablemente cosa que no debería ocurrir.

My girlfriend and I checked in on October 21st and was suppose to checkout on the 25th. I booked the room back in June and requested that it had a king size bed. I received an email from the resort a month before we arrived and it stated they had received my request for a king bed. Once we checked in I advised the employee that our suite was suppose to have a king bed. He stated there were 2 queen size beds, but would check with the manager about changing it. The manager stated they didn’t have any king beds available but would have some available the next day. We told him that would be an inconvenience for us because we couldn’t get comfortable in our room.After going back and forth with them for minutes, we realized that we didn’t have any other options.We finally got to our room and it was nice. We had the ocean view loft suite with a jacuzzi, and it came with a butler. We spent the first day at the pool. The second day we left the resort and spent the day with friends. On the third day we had to get tested for Covid before leaving on the 5th day. We tested at 9am, and within 20 minutes they had notified me that I tested positive.The butler supervisor came to our room and stated I would have to take another test within an hour to confirm I was positive, and it would cost me $95. I was confused because if the first results were positive, then why would I have to pay again.After waiting for hours to be moved, they finally moved us to another room but of course it wasn’t anything compared to our suite. I was told they would cover my stay for up to 10 days, but my girlfriend had the option to leave or pay $85 for each day she stayed. It didn’t make sense for her to leave me by myself just in case things had worsen. I told them since we weren’t able to spend the last day in our suite, that should cover the days she stayed. Of course they said no and I couldn’t get a refund for the last day in the suite. On October 25th I texted the butler in regards of my car rental. He responded but then blocked me afterwards. We gathered out luggage and left.Overall the resort was nice, but the food and the way they treated us after I tested positive was HORRIBLE. Please do not respond to my review because y’all are not going to change anything. I only wrote this so people will know what to possibly expect.

Amazing hotel. Several fine restaurants. Themed. French, Italian, Japanese and more. Staff friendly and efficient. Great service. Spa and gym. Lovely beach. Rooms are excellent. Fantastic location.

While there were some redeeming qualities (the swim up suite and our server, Aramis), overall this resort is not worth the price.The bad: To start, we had issues with our shuttle being only scheduled for (1) person to the hotel and the front desk and shuttle company refused to help add a second person. We paid $55 for a taxi, as they left us with no other option. We spent hours our of vacation trying to add a second person for the return ride to the airport.We found a cockroach in our room. The fix was to spray the room with pesticides, but not actually clean the room until 12 hours later.When we booked the room, we were told COVID testing was included, but they tried multiple times to charge us $50 for (2) tests.I would not recommend any of the food.Multiple items in our room were broken: A piece of the sliding door broke the first time we used it, the cabana cover outside was falling apart, the tub was wobbly, there were exposed wires under our tubs, etc.We voiced our concerns multiple times, but every time, we were told it was someone else that was at fault and could never get to the bottom of an issue.The good: We had a swim-up suite, which was an awesome way to start every morning. You can order drinks directly from the pool outside the swim-up suites. One server, Aramis, was amazing and went above and beyond to make us feel taken care of.The mango margaritas were delicious.

Excelente atención de todo el personal, un lugar para disfrutar de unos días de vacaciones donde lo falta un detalle. Excelente comida y animación en la alberca. Los chilaquiles rojos con pollo los tienen que probar en un desayuno.

Excelencia en instalaciones, personal, respeto de normas sanitarias y servicios. Tienen pequeños items a corregir pero en general es una propiedad para recomendar. No en vano son miembros de The Leading Hotels of the World. Un gran punto a mejorar, pero que entiendo como no solo por parte del hotel, es la conectividad via terrestre, la calle (porque no puedo tratarla de carretera), está en pésimas condiciones y además falta cartelería que indique que se va por buen camino. Si quieren pasar unas vacaciones a todo lujo y despreocuparse del resto del Mundo, este es el lugar.

La atención por parte de Roberto del Gaucho espectacular, para mí el mejor servicio en cuanto a restaurantes, comida deliciosa, el mayordomo creo por la carga de trabajo, se le solicitaron cosas faltantes en la habitación pero hasta la segunda vez que se reporto es que las llevaron, fuera de eso todo genial!

This resort is absolutely beautiful. The staff is very friendly and attentive to all your needs. Cesar the reception supervisor in particular was very helpful with making sure myself and my party of six had no issues. He made sure we were happy wit our rooms and even had us move to be closer to the rest of the group. I highly recommend coming to TRS Coral hotel.

While the hotel is quite new, designed well and very attractive that's about where the positive attributes end.The food quality was so poor and the portions so small that I was shocked. Multiple times when I ordered a cocktail, the bartender would suggest a different (Cheaper and lower quality one) which I found very frustrating. All around, corners seem to be being cut to save costs- tragic for an "all inclusive" hotel.While the service staff are all very friendly and always ask about food allergies when dining, they are not actually informed on what dishes contain or how to accommodate food allergies.The butlers are a nice idea but in actuality, they are spread so thin that we didn't find them that helpful.In general, I would not return. At most, perhaps I would get a day pass to enjoy the pool which was beautiful and had a swim up bar.

Te puedes mover entre los hoteles del grupo Palladium que hay en la zona mediante carrito de golf o barco. Por poner una pega, debido a las restricciones por Covid el ambiente nocturno es un poco escaso en cosas que hacer.

We are celebrating our honeymoon and chose to pick Mexico. When we arrived to TRS Coral it was absolutely beautiful. We were greeted by a gentleman asking us if we would like a cocktail only to take us to a private area to trick us into a sales pitch. We had not even put our bags down yet or seen our room. I explained to him that we were hungry and ready to get some food first and enjoy our time. So he wrote our info down and gave us 2/25 min massages to go to this “seminar”. Once to our rooms the butler came to introduce himself. We had to schedule to eat and everything was “booked”so I was nervous we may not be able to eat. After sifting through times to make a reservation we were finally set up two days out. We also scheduled to go do hydrotherapy at the spa at 9am. We woke up the next morning and went to eat breakfast at Capricho which was not great at all. The fruit was not sweet and the eggs were under cooked. Beautiful layout though. As soon as we finished breakfast we were greeted again by the gentleman from the first day. We explained to him that we had an appt at the spa and he said “oh no don’t worry we will get you in at another time today”. We left with him and went over to palladium and was assigned to a sales agent who gave us a tour, and took us back to try and sell us on the resort that we had not yet even been able to enjoy or even see completely let alone learn our way around. We were told this would take approximately 60 minutes. This took many no’s and almost 3 1/2 hours later when we were told it takes an HOUR!! We were questioned about our finances and it was even implied that we were unable to afford their packages for membership. Initially they wanted approximately 40k for a 30 year membership with almost 15k as a down payment and the remainder financed over 4 years. After telling them no multiple times the price continued to drop and “special deals only available this week” were presented. Ultimately the price was cut down to about 11.5k with approximately 2k as a down payment. We missed lunch so we had to sit pool side to eat fries and a very underwhelming panini until dinner. We missed our hydrotherapy appointment for the day. Next day we were sort of lost because no activities were listed so we wandered the property for things to do. The resort was literally pitch black dark at 7pm with nobody around so we would we spend most of our time at the restaurant and then back to our room around 830pm. Day four we went to the spa which was great! The service was excellent and spa was beautiful. We spent about an hour in the hydrotherapy area going from the pool to the hot tub, cold pool, snow room and sauna. Unfortunately the steam room was closed which we were really looking forward to. We booked 80-minute massages with Mariano and Desi. Both were fantastic being some of the best massages we have ever experienced. With the activities being very limited we spent majority of our time in the room or on the beach. The reservations for dinner were made to sound as though the restaurants would be too full to accommodate walk ins. This was not the case. When we went to dinner generally around 6-7pm every restaurant was either completely empty or had just one or two couples inside. We would stay for up to 2 hours and never saw more than 10 couples in any restaurant during our entire trip. Our last day we went to the gym which we had went to two previous days and there was an attendant harassing me regarding my mask. Any time my mask fell just under my nose or I took it down to drink some water he was in my face telling me to put my mask on. Another lady put on a sweatshirt and as she put it on, her mask came down and the attendant went right in her face to tell her to put her mask back on before she could even get her sleeves on. We decided to go sit by the pool. Everywhere I tried to sit an attendant would come to me and tell me it was reserved. We went back to our room and that is where we spent our last day.

HANDS DOWN BEST TRIP EVER! The service was top notch, the food was pretty good! The room was gorgeous and they were on top of cleaning always! Everyone was so helpful, the shows were incredible! They also decorated our room for my birthday and it was beautiful! Will definitely be making another trip here!

Han pasado solo algunos meses desde nuestra última visita y algunas cosas mejoraron. Ya no niegan las bebidas premium en las zonas de socios ni en los restaurantes de especialidades. Los vasos en los bares de las piscinas, ya no los enjuagan solo con agua y los reutilizan, bueno, al menos no lo vimos en esta ocasión. Prepararon una muy buena convivencia el día de la independencia de México. Buena comida, de diferentes regiones de México y también buenas bebidas. La calidad de los alimentos sigue igual que hace unos meses y no termina de recuperarse respecto a los niveles de hace dos años.Casi nada de sargazo en la playa, solo pasto marino, sin que afecte la experiencia. El agua tibia y poco oleaje. Muy buenas condiciones para bañarse en el mar.El agua en albercas tibia.En general bien.Ojalá y sigan mejorando.Saludos.

Very nice location! Seaweed free beach and customer service is great as well. Located about 35 to 40 minutes from the airport. Nothing but peace and quiet when we were there. We did catch a bit of Hurricane Grace while we were there, but it was all good after that. I would definitely go back and highly recommend. Food is awesome and healthy as well and drinks are on point too! No nearby shopping malls (small shopping plaza on site) for those of you whom likes to shop, but they do offer excursions as well...

Do yourself a favor & book a different resort. I just arrived to the TRS after staying at the Majestic Elegance Resort next door and this feels like a motel 6 compared to the Majestic. 1 - I was told different things regarding the complimentary transportation services by the reservations call center, and the front desk. Once an issue arose, no one was willing to help. (The main reason I booked here was because of the free airport transfer) 2 - Very few food/buffet options compared to what you get elsewhere. I understand this is a different resort but I would think the food here was okay, if I didn’t know better. (I tried the potato cream soup and I’m sure they didn’t even add salt or pepper.) You’d think they would have staff serving guests the buffet food but everyone touches everything which surprised me. 3 - The lobby is tiny and the bar there is super crowded. 4 - The beach is not well kept. I was at a resort 5 minutes from this one and the beach was very well kept compared to this one. This isn’t a “budget” resort and I would think it was fine if I wouldn’t have stayed at a resort that was nicer which tons more food options. After checking out of the Majestic Elegance and coming here, I regret booking here. You can get way better service / food / amenities/ nicer beach 5 minutes away for not much more $.

Elie and Ricky of the POP Entertainment were absolutely too much fun! Be careful if your planning to challenge Elie to a table tennis match. He’s insane! The restaurants were amazing. El Gaucho is the best. Definitely recommend the swim up room! Have fun 👌🏼👌🏼

I will never come here ever again! Shower/water smells like sewage and food is below average (except for 1 restaurant which was above average). I had to complain 4 times to request a butler as I did not hear from my butler in 3 days. Only when I got the butler supervisor involved, the butler was helpful, which I appreciated. The scenery is good and appealing but that is about it. The alcohol is bottom of the barrel, and the overall worse is room service. The food is ALWAYS late usually more over 1-1.5 hours more than the time quoted. When you ask the status of the food, they are quick to say "it's on their way" when it really isn't. I will never come here again. What was something I thought would be great turned out to a very below-average hotel

This resort is AMAZING! The staff was nothing but professional nice and very attentive. Our butler hector made our trip even more special with setting up our restaurant reservation ever night to even bringing balloons and champagne to our room with a nice rose petal bubble bath. The service was incredible. I would definitely be returning next summer. If you are looking for a party or single resort this is not the resort for you it’s mainly for couples. Absolutely amazing thank you guys!

Visited TRS Coral for a girls trip and loved every minute of it! Francine and Santiago our butlers went above and beyond to make sure we had a wonderful stay. Elie from the POP Team helped us reserve the Hobie Cat and stayed in touch with us to ensure we had a great time. The food was amazing at all of the restaurants, but we really enjoyed the Italian and French. We used the spa facilities 3 times and couldn’t get enough!! Highly recommend TRS Coral!

Fiquei no Hotel TRS Coral ( Costa Mujeres ) de 23.03.2020 a 04.03.3030 em loft suite. Após efectuarmos check-in, somos levados a uma outra zona para nos explicarem como funciona e resort e … para nos “convidarem” para um pequeno-almoço no dia seguinte. Após o pequeno-almoço supostamente seria feito um tour pelo hotel ao mesmo tempo que se falaria das vantagens do TravelClub. No dia seguinte e já com o pequeno-almoço tomado, fomos ter com a pessoa que supostamente iria fazer esse tour (que nem se preocupou em saber se já tínhamos ou não tomado o pequeno-almoço) e somos logo confrontados com um inquérito onde pretendem saber a n/profissão e que cartões de crédito utilizamos. Definitivamente soava muito mal ( lembro que estamos a falar de um suposto hotel de 5* estrelas que pertence ao “The Leading Hotels of the World” ) mas já agora queria ver o que se ia passar e resumidamente o que eles tentam fazer é que a pessoa pague uma quantia anual ( a meu ver num esquema manhoso de vendas) e se torne membro do Travelclub ( o que não veio a acontecer como é óbvio ) mediante uma tentativa de argumentos de que se vai ficar milionário. Falei com várias pessoas ao longo da estadia que ficaram também muito mal impressionados com esta situação. O que constatei ao longo desta estadia é que se pertencer ao TravelClub posso reservar as suites vista mar ( o que quer dizer que nestes hotéis mesmo pagando, não sendo membro do TravelClub nunca se poderá ficar numa suite vista mar, mesmo havendo disponibilidade, aliás durante a estadia só 1 suite estava ocupada ). Existe um tratamento diferente entre clientes, por ex. nos restaurantes os funcionários são mais simpáticos e atenciosos para quem pertence ao TravelClub. As ementas são as mesmas o serviço é que é diferente. Diariamente somos bombardeados por funcionários que tentam que clientes se inscrevam nas massagens ( começam logo por volta das 7 e tal da manhã ). Via-se clientes a dar voltas para não terem que passar pelos funcionários. No restaurante Isla Branca – buffet. A comida durante a estadia foi sempre a mesma, não houve a mínima diversidade. Qualidade média. ( Já fiquei em vários Bahia Principe e posso dizer que os buffet eram melhores e o Bahia Principe não pertence ao “The Leading Hotels of the World” ). Nos restaurantes temáticos, embora tivessem uma decoração muito bonita, a comida não tinha qualidade. Havia diferença de serviço para quem pertence ao TravelClub e para quem não pertence. Em termos de funcionários a maioria não é profissional, por ex. existem 2 que sabem o que estão a fazer e os restantes não. A limpeza das mesas às vezes deixava muito a desejar. Nota positivo para o restaurante Adelita (comida mexicana) o único sitio onde a manager falava com as pessoas para saber se estava tudo bem, nos restantes nem sequer se via managers. No restaurante Poseidon o funcionário nem sequer sabia como se abrir o chapéu de sol (estamos num destino de praia). E na maioria dos restaurantes os funcionários nunca sabiam muito bem o menu. No espectáculo Chic com jantar, ao qual fazem uma grande publicidade, não é grande coisa ( e tem que se pagar USD 20,00 ) e a comida não tem nenhuma qualidade (claro que os melhores lugares é para quem pertence ao TravelClub). Quando fizemos check-out ninguém perguntou a n/opinião sobre o hotel. A primeira vez que me aconteceu isso. Em qualquer parte do mundo perguntam. Resumido o Hotel TRS Coral pelo tipo de serviço que presta não compreendo como pode pertencer ao “The Leading Hotesl of the World”. Criei expectativas de um hotel que não corresponde à realidade. O serviço não acompanha a beleza do hotel. Nunca irei recomendar este hotel.

This place is absolutely amazing, exactly what I expect from an all-inclusive resort. From check-in to check-out every person treated us as if we where their only guest. The amenities are first class from pool-side bars to the village mall. No complaints, photos do not do it justice. Great experience!

This place is pure perfection. We visited in October and was a little wry after reading some of the reviews. I have come to the conclusion that some people are just very picky. Our experience was indulgence, luxury and pampering from the minute we checked in until check out. Our loft suite was spacious, beautifully furnished and the mini bar was well stocked. Every restaurant was 5*, we were able to just turn up and get a table within minutes and for the restaurants we didn't want to miss out on we booked with our efficient butler for the day and time requested. The Chic show tickets were presented to us on Day 1 and the show was so professional and entertaining, some guests visited twice. There were quite a lot of mosquitos, particularly on the last couple of nights but that can't be the fault of the resort. The pool was clean, the pool bar was well stocked and Luigi was the most efficient barman I have had the pleasure of meeting. In all, I could write many more pages to this review but the short version is that this resort is perfection in EVERY way. If I was to pick one negative it would be that the resort is rather isolated - you can't walk out of the resort and visit any local bars. However, if you are about to visit then you are in for a treat.

This place was wonderful. TRS Coral is an adult only resort, but it's inside the Palladium resort, which isn't adult only. We got great service from all the TRS side employees, but if you go to the , Palladium side not so much. We tried to always stay on the TRS side ( adults only) but the village, is where all the action happen. Shows, coffee shop, sports bar, night dinner show. There place is so big there's a boat transit and golf cart system to drive you around the 2 resorts. They have a great spa hydrotherapy circuit, waterbeds give a grey bubble massage, then a high pressure fire hose looking device shoots water to target shoulders & back muscles after that there's a sauna, steam, salt, and snow rooms. Really makes you feel revived. The dinner night show, Chic, was so entertaining. Like a Broadway production that was preformed while having dinner. This do much good to say about this place, just can't type it all here. It's a must see.

Superb hotel and resort. All of the staff were super friendly and helpful. Always saying hi as you pass by, and willing to do anything to help make our stay as good as possible. The room was lovely, spacious modern and clean. Loved the amazing selection of restaurants and cuisines. We especially liked the Argentine and French restaurants. Great pool and great show at Chic on our last evening. Would love to come back again!!!

My wife and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary. This was a very special occasion and I could not of been any happier with our selection of venue. This was a surprise to my wife and she was more then please with her experience. Our butler Jesus and Robin went above and beyond the call of duty to make this a very special occasion. My wife has requested to always come back to this location as we both have never experienced such good customer service and quality amenities. Thank you fro the Smith's for making this a life changing experience!!!

El peor hotel . No hay recepción, la persona encargada no te contesta nunca porque no tiene saldo . No hay seguridad ni cámaras, se nos desapareció un celular en la noche que hasta hoy no pudimos comprobar porque no tiene ningún tipo de cámaras o seguridad en el hotel. No hay presión de agua , ni espejo en la habitación.

Nice stay in the wonderful Isla Mujeres! We decided going back to Isla Mujeres as the water quality is wonderful and it is not affected by the seaweed problem of most of the riviera maya. Tres mentiras is a brand new rooms rental, located in the main street of Isla Mujeres (so if you’re staying Saturday night, it won’t be silent). The rooms are really lovely, curated, comfortable beds, good shower and silent ac. Andrea is very helpful and would surely help you out with tours and restaurants. Critics: the entry to the rooms is not comfortable is you are carrying luggage, WiFi and smart tv have a weak signal, bathroom aeration. And it would be great if the continental breakfast offered at the beautiful Lola bar in the front could be extended to a dish including eggs and bacon, because only bread and fruit is not enough for many :-)

My experience at Tres Mentiras Boutique Rooms was beyond incredible! It was a bit difficult to find at first, but with the help of some of the locals we found it in no time. It is in such a perfect location--tons of shops, bars, and restaurants! But, most importantly, it was only about a 5 minute walk to the beach. The staff was incredibly helpful and kind. Jo helped us book a last minute whale shark snorkeling tour with a local tour guide, which was absolutely fabulous. The rooms were clean and beautifully decorated along with the common area with a delicious assortment of teas, coffee, and sun screen! Overall, I would absolutely recommend staying here during your visit to Isla Mujeres!

We really enjoyed our stay at the Tres Mentiras Bourtique Rooms. Note that the location on google maps is not correct. The rooms are actually located right above Tres Mentiras restaurant. Perfect location for those who want to experience the island, it is in the middle of all major attractions and a 3 min walk to the beach. There clean and they offered extremely good customer service. There is a nice terrace on the top offering a great place to chill. Jo, the housing manager, was very accomodating and paid attention to our needs. The room cleaning was also impeccable. It is a little bit pricey, but totally worth it since the location and the quality of the room were great. Also, note that the restaurant plays loud music at night, so might be a little trouble if you're a light sleeper. Overall, it was the best place we stayed at during our stay on Isla Mujeres.
