Juice dispenser did not work. A single pitcher of OJ was only option other then coffee. When stayed in October would have given it a 5. New owners don't have same standards. The hotel room itself wasn't bad, it had beautiful glass barn doors and nice clean beds and bedding.Cons: said beautiful barn doors did not stay closed, and needed a temporary solution from my family. The pull-out couch had a large stain of a brown nature. We tried to flip it over but there were even more stains on the backside. The continental breakfast was cereal with one picture of milk, loose breakfast sandwiches on the table and no cream cheese for the bagels. I fully understand we are at the tail end of a pandemic and therefore hot food might not be available but there was not even cold yogurt or apple juice. Understandable though. I was highly upset at the fact that Not only was the pool closed but also that their fitness center was not available these were amenities that I was seeking and one of the reasons that made me choose this place so that by the time I arrived and was informed that the pool would not be available there was nowhere else to stay. Fire detector in the room was duct taped onto the ceiling. Shower door didn't shut all the way. Waited at the front desk for 5-10 minutes for towels and ended up walking away. The furniture looked severely damaged and the bed felt like I was sleeping straight on a piece of wood. 0/10, would absolutely not recommend. PLEASE stay somewhere else. Desk attendant was extremely helpful, we had booked last minute on a long road trip and accidentally scheduled for the following night. He was quick to reassure us and adjust our booking, for which I'm very thankful. The room had a little damage (bathroom door was sliding/barn door style and was off the track) but the bathroom itself was very nice and everything was very clean. This place was both the cheapest AND nicest place we stayed on our trip, highly reccommend, absolutely worth the money. La gestión es una broma. Lo ejecutan como si nadie se diera cuenta de que todo lo que ofrecen está cerrado o no funciona. Tome el WiFi, por ejemplo. No hay ninguno. Si solicita, obtendrá esta contraseña para el WiFi de la oficina que solo llega hasta la recepción. Parece que no quieren arreglarlo. La piscina es un espacio de almacenamiento para ellos. Además, como le cobran por la estadía, esté atento a los cargos diarios, ya que sacan tanto dinero de su bolsillo como pueden. Choice ha cometido un error al otorgar la licencia de su nombre a este hotel. Si puedes quedarte en otro lugar, hazlo. Ahórrese el dolor de cabeza de lidiar con el hotel de agarre de dinero.

Beautiful hotel, unfortunately no real free morning breakfast other than a apple and orange, muffin, breakfast bar and a cooking a bag.( and that only seems to be on a weekend nothing Monday morning) No internet, pool and workout room not open, and no maid service.

The management is a joke. They run it like nobody will notice that everything they offer is closed down or does not work. Take the WiFi for instance. There is none. If you ask you get this password for the office WiFi that only goes as far as the front desk. It seems they do not want to fix it. The pool is a storage space for them. Also as they charge you for the stay be on the lookout for daily charges as they pull as much money out of your pocket as they can. Choice has made a mistake licensing their name to this hotel. If you can stay anywhere else then do it. Save yourself the headache of dealing with money grab hotel.

No entanto, o hotel anunciava WiFi e café da manhã gratuitos. Minha esposa disse que, devido às reformas, o hotel não tinha nenhum dos dois. Se eles não estão oferecendo esses serviços, não deve ser anunciado como tal. Eu teria escolhido um hotel diferente, talvez mais caro, para acomodá-la. Eu não estou feliz.

Habría elegido un hotel diferente, tal vez más caro, para alojarla. No estoy feliz.

Solstice Hotel, Ascend Hotel Collection Good day. I booked a room at Solstice Hotel, Ascend Hotel for my wife. The price and process were excellent. However, the hotel advertised free WiFi and breakfast. My wife said that due to renovations the hotel had neither. If they're not offering those services, it should not be advertised as such. I would have chosen a different, maybe more expensive, hotel to accommodate her. I'm not happy.

O quarto era muito limpo e a cama era extremamente macia. Estou um pouco carente e solicitei toalhas extras e fiquei encantado com a rapidez com que eles chegaram. Este é definitivamente o melhor hotel em comparação com os outros que estão próximos. :)

Hotel em muito mau estado. Chuveiro não funcionou, a água da torneira estava marrom quando o ligamos inicialmente. O termostato não funcionou. O calor e o frio funcionaram, mas o recurso automático não funcionou, então tive que ligar e desligar manualmente a unidade durante a noite. Lixo nos cantos, musgo crescendo na janela, matou um par de aranhas e as pilhas do controle remoto da tv acabaram. A porta da frente não trancou corretamente. E ainda por cima, o estacionamento era limitado pelo número de hóspedes, e o hotel tinha 3 caminhões de manutenção estacionados em frente ocupando 5 vagas. Um teve um pneu furado e você poderia dizer que eles estavam sentados lá por um tempo. Totalmente inaceitável.

Hotel en muy mal estado. La ducha no funcionaba, el agua del grifo estaba marrón cuando la abrimos inicialmente. El termostato no funcionó. El calor y el frío funcionaban, pero la función automática no funcionaba, por lo que tenía que encender y apagar manualmente la unidad durante toda la noche. La basura en las esquinas, el musgo crecía en la ventana, mató a un par de arañas y las baterías del control remoto de la televisión estaban agotadas. La puerta de entrada no cerró correctamente. Y para colmo, el estacionamiento estaba limitado por el número de huéspedes, y el hotel tenía 3 camiones de mantenimiento estacionados en el frente ocupando 5 lugares. Uno tenía un neumático pinchado y se notaba que habían estado allí sentados un rato. Totalmente inaceptable.

The room was so clean and the bed was extremely soft. I am a bit needy and requested extra towels and was delighted with how quickly they arrived. This is definitely the best hotel in comparison to the others that are closely located. :)

Very poor condition hotel. Shower didn't work, water from the faucet was brown when we initially turned it on. Thermostat didn't work. Heat and cold worked, but the auto feature didn't work so had to manually turn the unit on and off throughout the night. Garbage in the corners, moss was growing on the window, killed a pair of spiders and the tv remote batteries were dead. Front door didn't lock properly. And to top it off, parking was limited with the number of guests, and the hotel had 3 maintenance trucks parked out front taking up 5 spots. One had a flat tire and you could tell they had been sitting there awhile. Totally unacceptable.
