The hotel itself is newly renovated. Our two queen suite was spacious with two TVs.My biggest complaint is the air conditioning. The wall unit was 6 inches from one of the queen beds, which meant that the cool air blasted intermittently on the sleepers in that bed, waking them up all night. That's just my opinion and taste buds, I think if they would of had some more just like regular food instead of roasted octopus.. etc.. although breakfast was beyond amazing. Love this location. I’m a really frequent traveler who stays at Hilton every time. The Burgundy Hotel has very nice and clean rooms. The stay was amazing and everyone was friendly. Due to Hilton’s amazing app I didn’t need to speak to anyone at the same time. If you are looking for a nice hotel with not so bad pricing in my opinion, go with this location.

First it is a beautifully maintained property!!!!! I was pleasantly impressed by the room and the grounds but the real reason for my 5 star review is the employees!!!!! We had the pleasure of being checked in by miss chanelle who was absolutely a shinning example of true southern hospitality!!!!!! The whole staff was truly just welcoming and lovely!!!! Breakfast in the morning was restaurant quality and miss Brenda definitely did her thing in that kitchen!!!!! We will not hesitate to stay here again!!!!

Estávamos longe de casa por mais de uma semana e tivemos a melhor noite de sono de toda a viagem neste hotel.

Este fue el último hotel de nuestro viaje por carretera y ¡fue fantástico! Estábamos agotados por todo el viaje y nos registramos para encontrar una habitación limpia y aireada, un gran servicio y comodidades encantadoras. Desde el momento en que entramos, el personal fue muy acogedor y nos sentimos mucho más cómodos. Estuvimos fuera de casa por más de una semana en ese momento y dormimos la mejor noche de todo el viaje en este hotel.

Los viajeros de negocios prestan atención. Buena comida, buen bar, camas estupendas y muy tranquilo. Amo este lugar. Si desea una buena comida, una bebida y una habitación cómoda antes de una gran reunión, este es su lugar en Little Rock.

Business travelers pay attention. Good food, good bar, great beds and very quiet. I love this place. If you want a good meal, a drink and a comfortable room before a big meeting, this is your place in Little Rock.

This was the last hotel on our road trip and it was fantastic! We were exhausted from all the driving and checked in to find a clean and airy room, great service, and lovely amenities. From the moment we walked in, the staff was very welcoming and we felt much more comfortable. We were away from home for over a week at that point and had the best night's sleep of the whole trip at this hotel.

The staff at the hotel are very nice and friendly. The hotel is boutique style which makes it have a different feel and look. Great breakfast and nice size rooms with beds, sofa couch, and ceiling...

Have stayed for work several times. Small, intimate, boutique feel. Everyone is friendly and gracious. Super safe, the restaurant on site is fantastic. Also, several other great places to eat nearby...
