GM DOESN'T CARE NEVER AGAIN! Our room was substandard to start. The Full-time residents are like wild dogs yelling and telling paid guest to leave the building. They actually called security demanding to know what room we were in. The room was terrible the furniture, the so called fireplace was the wall panted black with a wood frame. "Tacky". The shower drain backed up and spill over onto our personal items.
After several calls When I finally was able to speak to the GM after we checked out. I started to explain and it appeared to me he had drifted off. I ask if he cared about my issues and his responce was NO. I asked again and received the same answer "NO"
I travel 24 weeks a year. I've stayed in a better Holiday Inn in Secaucus NJ this year.”

Everything about this place is so elegant. Every detail, from the large ornate doorknobs to the soft paper hand towels is somehow an elevated version of the real thing. Service is wonderful, the flowers were fresh... I could go on for a while because whoever designed this place is obsessive. I had to work at this hotel for 2 ,14 hour days. I never tired of all the details in the wall paper, the textures, and the different shapes of crystals in the many chandeliers. When the apocalypse happens, I will live here.

The worst hotel to stay in, dirty dated and horrible service, looks like a old dilapidated hotel that has lost all its glory. The location is fantastic. The management leaves a lot to be desired. My husband and I chose the hotel for a special occasion, our wedding anniversary, and asked for a park view room which we got for extra charge, the room was nothing special, they have no turndown service. I will never stay in that hotel again. There are plenty of spectacular hotels in that neighborhood to stay in.

El check in y check out bien también.

It's like home. They take care of everything, from car service to making dinner reservations. The staff is amazing at The Pierre. The views over the park are fabulous and I enjoy waking up to my hot coffee that is quickly sent up from when I order it.
The rooms are immaculately decorated. It feels like you are in Europe and the service is truly impeccable. I hold business meetings there an the privacy is ideal. High tea is elegant and is comparable to the Dorchester in London.
I always book The Pierre or my family and friends. There is no place like it in NYC.

Pure Opulence! Hospitality stands front and center, so expect to feel like royalty from the get-go. The team exchange pleasantries with guests and aim to please. The Pierre is one of the few remaining New York hotels with lift attendants, an old-school luxury for sure. You'll have an on-site restaurant; a bar-cum-lounge that offers cocktails, tea service and late-night music; and in warm weather, a sidewalk café. Amenities include a 24-hour fitness center, room service and laundry, as well as an on-call doctor and nurse. Meanwhile, a house car transports guests to locations nearby. Fancy ballrooms are a dream for weddings and special events.

I loved it. It was like going back in time to the golden age of New York. You can't get a better location. Even staying for just a night, I got to know the staff. They seemed to be happy to accommodate any need and were very attentive. The hotel is very well maintained and appointed. The views are spectacular.

The Pierre is a luxury hotel located at 2 East 61st Street, at the intersection of that street with ... After Pierre arrived in New York as a 25-year-old immigrant, he made his first ... Taj Hotels is part of India's Tata Group.
This 41-storey Taj hotel boasts a superb location in Lenox Hill, luxury apartment-like rooms and suites with sweeping views of Central Park.

We had a wonderful week at this hotel with three generations of family/friends. We felt safe and the staff took every precaution to keep us healthy. Our butler, Kevin was an amazing one-man show! He went above and beyond to make our stay amazing. I would highly recommend his services and can’t wait to request him for our next stay!

An excellent hotel with exceptional service! The hotel is right next to the central park, if you stay in a park view room at high floor, you will have one of the most beautiful view in New York. The room is extremely spacious, well decorated and with comfortable bed, it is so nice that my wife and I just decided to stay in and order room service. All the staff are really helpful and considerate, we have a great staying in this hotel.
